2 lemons

2 cups sugar

5 strawberries

5 raspberries

2 cups heavy whipping cream

½ cup half and half

Juice lemons. Add lemon juice, strawberries, and raspberries in a large pot and bring to a low heat, a gentle boil. Once boiled, let the mix sit for a while to cool in the fridge. Remove from fridge once cool and thick.  Add the heavy whipping cream , the half and half, the fruit mix, and the sugar into a bowl or blender and blend or whisk until light a fluffy. Keep in the fridge to keep firm and serve.

To be keep or not to keep. This has been a question in English classes for a while. Should Shakespeare stay…or is it time Hamlet gets the ghost? Well, if only about 6 percent of the people reading this understood the pun at all, that's enough proof to me that keeping William in school is a big time yes. Now of course I know half of you are probably rolling your eyes. Why would I need to learn Shakespeare? How is Romeo's love life or Macbeth's egoism ever going to help me pay the bills. Well, they're not. But that's not why we read it.  H
